Not all great chefs are great teachers. Chef Yanick has proven herself equally skilled in both arenas. For more than a decade, Chef Yanick has been conducting cooking classes and 1- and 2-day workshops in bread baking, pastry making, and cake decoration. Her cooking classes meet weekly, and students receive hands-on training to create an appetizer, main course, and dessert during each session. Students might include a group of friends or co-workers who want to "up their game" in the kitchen. Or a couples class where married couples can spend dedicated time together learning new skills and making new friends.
